The calculations are pretty basic, but the concept of transformation is something I've worked on for many years and it's part of my success. The transformation can only be received as part of my On-site/Online PT training.

Transformation:
The transformation technique changes the shape of your body very quickly. It is very demanding and requires total discipline. But if you have it, the results are spectacular and rewarding. Choose when you want to get your results and I will calculate everything for you. You just have to follow what has been generated for you. This technique involves a very advanced way of manipulating the caloric content at the right time with the correct amount and will be customized based on the information given in the Essentials form by entering user information. The idea is to build muscle and lose weight at the same time, which is not easy, but it can be done with this technique.
Fatburning:
The fatburning plan is very effective. It comes with a regular and a more advanced option, and is carefully planned as it requires skills to get rid of body fat in a healthy and effective way without much cardiovascular exercise and without jeopardizing your muscles. Muscle development:
The muscle development plan is also carefully planned as you need to know how much to eat so as not to gain quality weight. Follow this plan and train well. You'll be fitter and stronger in a healthy way before you know it.
Different types of techniques have been used to calculate a person's *Basic Metabolic Rate (BMR) and the fact that two people with the same height and weight can have two different caloric needs depending on the amount of muscle/fat they have has taken into consideration while designing this plan. **The meal plan is an example and follows a special way of eating that is unusual for many. It is the food that we are supposed to eat to thrive and reduce inflammations.


I am a 52-year-old Swedish-American dedicated to living life at my full potential. My journey in health and fitness began in 1996 when I earned my first personal training certification in Stockholm. Driven by a desire to truly understand the human body, I returned for a second degree the following year and trained at Axelsson’s GI Institute to become a massage therapist.
Like many, I have faced my own health struggles. I spent years realizing that our society often treats the symptoms of illness rather than the root cause. This cycle is frustrating, and it led me to Functional Medicine. It took me 10 years of personal research and seeking help outside of Sweden to truly understand my body and regain my health.
I am grateful for those challenges because they made me who I am today. My mission is to bridge the gap for others who feel lost in a system that doesn't prioritize true wellness. As that famous quote suggests, the goal of medicine should be to find why we are sick, not just how to mask the pain. I am here to help those who are ready to take control of their health.
I have spent decades honing my training methods. My style is unique, blending traditional bodybuilding principles with the latest scientific research. I focus heavily on symmetry and balanced development, because a body at its most symmetrical is a body at its best.
I don’t just take on clients; I partner with people who share my ambition. I limit the number of people I work with to ensure the highest quality of coaching.
